Adam Kaldunski

I recently heard Adam Kałduński in Katowice, in the modern hall of the Polish National Radio Orchestra, during a concert entitled The Chopin Effect. He is an extraordinary pianist, with a beautiful sound and a great sense of form. He feels both the lyricism and the drama of the music. When he plays, he does not expose himself, but the composer's thought. This year he will represent Poland in the International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw.
