Lords of the Underground (L.O.T.U.G.) est un trio de hip-hop des années 1990 originaire de Newark, dans le New Jersey. Les MC Mr. Funke et DoltAll ont rencontré DJ Lord Jazz alors qu'ils étudiaient dans la même université. Les singles Funky Child, Chief Rocka et Tic Toc sont probablement les plus connus ; tous les trois sont des manifestes très excentriques de groupe. La vidéo de Funky Child met en scène ses membres défilant dans leurs sous-vêtements. Ils reçurent un prix de la Black Entertainment Television en 1993 pour leur album Here Come The Lords (1992). Ils travaillèrent également avec George Clinton, qui intervient dans leur second album Keepers Of The Funk (1994). Leurs chansons apparaissent dans plusieurs films (New Jersey Drive, Les Soprano).
